About Roger Roger grew up in California and attended public schools from kindergarten through earning his Associates in Arts degree at a local community college. He graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He then received his Master's degree from MIT in Technology and Policy with an emphasis in water resources engineering. Roger taught engineering at the university level in Washington, D.C. for 5 years. He and Sue were also both active in the community through their church including organizing and staffing summer urban day camps for neighborhood kids. The Kilgores have remained active in the Denver community. In addition, Roger has devoted countless volunteer hours to supporting the professional engineering community nationally and has taught adults professionally for over 20 years. Roger enjoys hiking, skiing, and tennis as well as the many musical and theater offerings available in the Denver area.
